You can cancel the product within 24 hours of order.
Returns & Exchanges
At Label Ramtex, we offer a 3-day Return Policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience.
Free returns are accepted only for defective products. Otherwise, a ₹300 return fee will apply.
How to Return a Product
You can return your order using one of the following methods:
- Pick-Up Service: A pickup fee of ₹300 will be charged for returns.
- Self-Ship: If a pick-up service is unavailable in your area, you can self-ship the product.
Quality Check & Refund Process

During pick-up, our delivery agent may perform a quality check.

If the return passes the quality check, a refund will be processed immediately based on the selected refund method.

In some locations, doorstep refunds may not be available, in which case the refund will be processed after the product is received at our warehouse and passes the final quality check.

If the product fails the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect size or a defective item, we will provide a free replacement.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the serviceability of your address.
Stitched Items

Stitched suits cannot be exchanged or returned.
