Returns & Exchanges
At Label Ramtex, we offer a 15-day ‘No Questions Asked’ Return Policy to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. If you wish to return your order, we will provide store credits, which you can use to purchase or exchange suits from our store.
How to Return a Product
You can return your order using one of the following methods:
- Pick-Up Service (Free): In most locations, we offer a free pick-up service. You will see this option when submitting your return request.
- Self-Ship (With Reimbursement): If a pick-up service is unavailable in your area, you can self-ship the product. We will credit the shipping cost in the form of store credits, provided the product meets the return policy and you share a scanned copy of the courier receipt with us.
Quality Check & Refund Process

During pick-up, our delivery agent may perform a quality check.

If the return passes the quality check, a refund will be processed immediately based on the selected refund method.

In some locations, doorstep refunds may not be available, in which case the refund will be processed after the product is received at our warehouse and passes the final quality check.

If the product fails the quality check, we will ship it back to you.
Exchanges

If you receive an incorrect size or a defective item, we will provide a free replacement.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the serviceability of your address.
Stitched Items

Stitched suits cannot be exchanged or returned.
